Lost or stolen drivers license

I am 90 years old and I either lost or had my wallet stolen which included identification and some money. I just need to talk to someone who can help me get a new drivers license thank you.

We to sss office paid for driver license with real Id 35 days ago was told to expect in 2 weeks temporary list is running out tried calling all you get is bot and then a hang up this out of control maybe you contact them by smoke signals

This not anything near good customer service the sec of state will not make her self available and will not take responsibility and will say she did not know about the problem She really does not want to know or she would have a way for people to contact her or her staff

I have not receive my tabs for one of my cars

My check was cashed on June 12 for both cars, and the month is almost over. I received my tabs for my 2005 Thunderbird, but not for my Taurus.

Reinstate license

I received suspension in Ohio for 6 months. I served my time and paid all fees in state of Michigan where I reside to renew license.

How do I get my license reinstated in Michigan or sent out. I have paid all fees including license fee and reinstatement feees

Secretary of State 23 mile zip code 48315 i lost my driver license i ask her very friendly to get on line because I need to go work .Her name was Stefany very rude to everyone

3/28/2025 9:00 am i lost my driver license i go with not appointment i ask the worker her name Stefani to get me in i have to go back to work she was very rude to everyone .we are 3 people same situation the guy came get in said before off me hes name Jim???other lady same situation got up front of me i confirmed too her its not right what she is doing i think its just races i speak to supervisor what happened she covered up all the happened because I ask her to check the situation on camera she said no she cant do that.its 000 to rate the company we need good service nice people not like that

I agree. Also, then they have the nerve to claim racial profiling.

They are probably calling her rude because she said NO. The same rule applies for EVERYONE, so it is NOT profiling.

From what I understand at your jumbled, garbage, mess at trying to write, you showed up without an appointment and the world is supposed to part like the Red Sea because you have to be elsewhere. She either told you no or to take a number, you probably incoherently ran your nasty mouth and you have concluded that she was rude.

Note to self. When you lose your license and show up seeking help, NEVER act like an animal and irritate the people that work there and may possibly help you.

No a company would NOT do better. I am pissed because I had to drive 30 miles to SOS office to have 2 questions answered.

If they had a person to talk to it would have saved $7 in gas and 1 1/2 hours of my time! Why is practically impossible to speak to a human anymore on the phone???!!!
